Snitch By The Thieves
The expansive windows and high ceilings let plenty of natural light into the space whilst the concrete floor, exposed piping, metal lamps and naked light bulbs gives contrast to the wooden furniture and establishes the urban-industrial vibe of the café.
The smoked paprika charred cauliflower at the side was fantastic, but the dish probably needed a bit more honey apple compote.
It was nutty and aromatic, adding a completely different dimension and intensity in terms of taste.
